His teammate Brahim Diaz capped an impressive campaign by finishing as Top Scorer, registering five goals across seven appearances.
In the wider tournament standings, Morocco settled for silver on home soil, while Nigeria’s Super Eagles claimed the bronze medal after overcoming Egypt in the third-place playoff.
