In an upcoming match, Brentford will host league leaders Liverpool at the G-Tech Community Stadium on Saturday.

Both teams recently endeavored to secure a draw in their last respective matches; Brentford faced a challenging encounter against Manchester City following their elimination from the FA Cup, while Liverpool was held to a draw by Nottingham Forest.

Brentford found it so hard to bounce back against Manchester City that they were able to bring forth a dramatic comeback ten minutes before the final whistle was blown, as Wissa Yoane and Norgaard Christian netted two goals to square it all.

The Bees keep struggling on home soil as they have yet to record a win in their last four matches (L3, D1). Nottingham Forest, Arsenal, Plymouth, and most recently, Manchester City gave them the taste of their poison, but still, Frank Thomas has maintained a good record at G-Tech Community Stadium.

Even after conceding twenty-one (21) times, Frank Thomas and his men have been able to score twenty-nine goals on home soil, which makes them the only team that has the highest number of goals at home, just three goals ahead of Surps, who have claimed twenty-six goals.

However, Nottingham Forest gave the Reds a tough time at City Ground. The slotting machine, Arne Slot, and his men were only able to pick up a point as the game ended in a stalemate draw.

The Reds will be doubling up their efforts at G-Tech Stadium as their last two matches away from home have not been favorable. It is noteworthy that the Reds recorded their first defeat since Arne Slot has been in charge of the team at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Liverpool were thrashed in the first leg of the EFL competition against Tottenham, where they were defeated 1-0.

Despite these setbacks, Liverpool retains its position at the summit of the Premier League standings, holding a four-point lead over Arsenal. The team continues to assert its dominance in the FA, EFL, and Champions League competitions
