NPFL Round 16:Titans Collide at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Battle for Northern Supremacy on the line

As the 24/25 Season gradually gets to the crucial points where stakes are raised, making each match more thrilling and unpredictable, various teams across the country will be set to kick off the Round of 16.

The first whistle for Matchday 16 will be blown by 3:00 PM at the Lafia Township Stadium, as Nasarawa United will be welcoming Lobi Stars, who are currently on the chase to end their losing streak away from home.

A Northern Derby will be happening at the Sani Abacha Stadium between Kano Pillars and Kastina United by 4:00 PM. Both teams occupy the eleventh and twelfth positions, respectively, sharing a total of nineteen points.

It’s a clash of Titans as Fidelis Ilechukwu’s men battle against Findi George’s men at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu. The defending champions of the Nigeria Premier League title, who currently positioned fourth, will confront the league leaders, Rivers United, who possess twenty-nine points by 4:00 PM.

Remo Stars will be looking forward to regaining momentum against El-Kanemi Warriors at Remo Stars Stadium by 4:00 PM. It is noteworthy that Remo Stars have achieved one win, two losses, and two draws (W1, L2, D2) in their last five matches, including a defeat against Niger Tornadoes 2-1, while El-Kanemi Warriors have also struggled in their last two matches against Bayelsa United (0-0) and Ikorodu City (2-1).
